Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on perishable items unless they arrived damaged or defective. For non-perishable items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@valbertnaturalfoods.com with: – Your order number – A description of the issue – Photos of the damaged item(s) We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
